PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 - 7 business days. Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS

Sticker Packs
Small sticker packs are shipped via stamped mail and do not include tracking. Larger orders will typically include a tracking number at the businesses discretion. For stamped mail, estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days (U.S.).

All Other Items
All other products are shipped using tracked shipping methods. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order. We may offer free shipping promotions on select items or order totals.

DELAYS
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal service issues, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped, Sweet Piney Road is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier.

However, if your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
